Ingredients
100g nutritional yeast flakes
25g molasses organic
60g miso paste organic
2 tsp tamari sauce
20g vegetable stock paste or stock cube organic
3-4 tbs water
pinch salt
Method
* Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan on low heat, stirring constantly until well combined and fragrant.

* Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Variations & Tips
* Add a little more molasses for a sweeter version akin to promite or marmite.
* Try adding a little homemade cream cheese to turn your homemade vegemite into cheesimite!
